There are 2 ways of informing your employees about the survey. Either they can download the app, for iOS or android, or we can enable the email function for you, so that their invitations arrive that way. 

Using the app:
Weekly Pulse participants with the Engage app will receive 3 push notifications:

  1. When the survey has just opened, asking them to participate.
  2. A reminder nofication on the Friday morning if they have not yet participated.
  3. The last one once the survey has been closed, inviting them to take a look at the results.

Using the email function:
Those using the email function will receive an invitation to particpate roughly a week after you add them as Engage App Users. Also, a reminder email is sent on the last day of the survey, giving them time to still take part if they haven't yet done so.
